After winning Canada’s only gold medal at the 2012 Olympics in London, Rosie MacLennan committed to helping children learn and grow through play by joining Right To Play. The trampoline Olympic Champion travelled to Liberia in 2012 and in 2013 as part of our Level The Field campaign and donated a trampoline session at our 2013 Right To Play Ball. Rosie continues to advocate on behalf of children’s Right To Play, spreading the importance of play for development through speaking engagements with schools and partners across the country.
“Kids love to play. It’s a human right and when you introduce the opportunity to learn using play, it becomes a very powerful tool.”
