Prior to joining RTP, Dwan was a research and strategy consultant supporting international organisations and foundations to design and develop robust monitoring and evaluation research strategies. Dwan's previous roles included Director of Evidence at Girl Effect and senior research analysis at BBC Media Action. Dwan has a PhD in International Development and social policy at the London School of Economics.
