Rachel Pell
Director, Gender Equality and Wellbeing
Rachel leads a team of technical specialists supporting Right To Play’s programming in the areas of gender equality and girls’ empowerment, sexual and reproductive health and rights and psychosocial wellbeing. Prior to joining Right To Play in 2021, Rachel held diverse roles with both international and national NGOs, the UN and research institutions. She has lived and worked in Canada, Ethiopia, Lesotho and the UK and contributed to global health, education and gender equality programming in over 15 countries, primarily in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. Rachel holds a MSc in Health, Community and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Psychology and Political Science from McGill University.
