Ida Njåtun

Speed skater

Ida Njåtun is a former Norwegian speed skater who had an impressive career at the national level. She won four gold medals at the Norwegian Single Distance Championships in 2012 in Stavanger and became the Norwegian Allround Champion in 2011 in Frogner.

In 2012, Ida became an ambassador for Right To Play, and in 2015 she traveled with two other ambassadors to the organization’s programs in Palestine, where she saw firsthand how play and activity can change children’s lives. As an ambassador, she uses her experience and voice to promote children’s right to play, learn, and develop around the world.
