Ingvild Flugstad Østberg

Cross-country

Ingvild Flugstad Østberg is a Norwegian cross-country skier who represents Gjøvik Skiklubb. She has won two Olympic gold medals and two World Championship gold medals, and claimed the overall victory in the Tour de Ski in 2019. She also won the overall World Cup title in the 2018/19 season.

In 2015, Ingvild became an ambassador for Right To Play. That same year she visited the organization’s programs in Ethiopia, where she saw how play and physical activity can provide children with better opportunities and development. As an ambassador, she uses her voice and experience to promote children’s right to play, learn, and engage in safe activity.
