Kayla Grey is an award winning journalist, anchor for SportsCentre, courtside reporter for the Toronto Raptors on TSN, host of The Shift and Right To Play Ambassador. Upon her debut on SportsCentre in 2018, Kayla became the first Black woman to ever host a flagship sports-highlight show in Canada. Kayla continually uses her voice to talk about systemic issues of anti-Black racism in sports and gender equity. In 2022, Kayla travelled with Right To Play to visit communities in Ghana and learn more about the impact of Right To Play’s programs. As a Right To Play Ambassador, Kayla uses her platform to inspire people across Canada to support Right To Play and their mission to protect, educate and empower children to rise above adversity using the power of play.
