Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer (Ramallah)

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer reports directly to the Country Director and receives technical advice and supervision from the relevant MEL Manager – HQ. You will collaborate with staff, at the country office level, but also across the organization, globally.

This is a mid-management position that supports both Right To Play’s direct implementation and its civil society organization (CSO) partners' interventions. The MEL Officer collaborates closely with the Project Management Team, CSO Team, and technical staff to ensure quality data management, evidence generation, and organizational learning across development and humanitarian contexts.
