Kevin Genirs joined the Royal Bank of Canada as General Counsel in 2015. He was previously with Barclays Capital where he was Co-General Counsel of the Americas and Senior Counsel to Investment Banking globally. Kevin was presented with the 2016 Corporate Leadership Award by the NY Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) in May 2016 for his career achievements as an attorney, and his passion and commitment to justice. Kevin attended Georgetown University and BU Law School. He is married to Carol Genirs and has 3 children.
