Tanweer Ahmed
CEO, PAK Foods LLC
Tanweer Ahmed immigrated to the United States and began his career working in a restaurant, eventually joining the KFC circuit as a Regional Manager in 1992. He went on to launch his own transportation company, North Coast Couriers, which became California’s largest, significantly streamlining delivery processes. He is now the CEO of Pak Foods LLC, and over the years has expanded into several industries, including medical research through clinical trials and sports—most notably through his involvement in Major League Cricket and the development of the largest cricket complex in the U.S.
Tanweer is also deeply engaged in philanthropic work across the U.S. and Pakistan. In his hometown of Sialkot, he funded a free dialysis center in partnership with JDC, named in honor of his mother, Kalsoom Akhtar. He supports scholarships at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Islamabad and has contributed to healthcare, education, and refugee resettlement initiatives. He also collaborates with the Federal Reserve Bank on community-focused efforts. Tanweer is passionate about empowering youth and is proud to support Right To Play’s mission of unlocking children’s potential through play.
